Steps to Send Calendar Invitation in Outlook

  • Now, to add attendees, you can do this in two ways. these:
  • Simply add your attendees to the To field of the meeting request and go straight to Step 4.
  • Another option is to use the Scheduling Assistant to view interactive schedules when you're using an Office 365 or an Exchange account.
  • For Scheduling Assistant, you must either click on the box below your name and enter the name or email address of the attendees or you will need to click on the Add Attendees button to open your address book.
